Shipping & Delivery Policy

LCP’s courses, assessments and certificates are digital services delivered online. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery addresses.

1. Course levels

  • A free level opens as soon as it is assigned.
  • A paid level opens as soon as payment is confirmed — usually within a minute of paying by UPI, and at most within 24 hours. It appears in the worker’s LCP account (website or app) under their courses.
  • Each level has a completion window, shown in the account (typically 30 to 45 days), within which it must be finished.

2. Certificates

  • A certificate is issued electronically once the level’s requirements are met, or once a skill assessment is graded and confirmed by LCP.
  • It appears in the worker’s account, where it can be viewed, printed and shared. Its QR code links to a page on our website that anyone can use to check it.

3. If something does not arrive

If a paid level has not opened 24 hours after paying, or a certificate you expect is missing, contact us at LCP@aimri.in or +91 87144 08777. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for when a payment is refunded.
